What's in This Collection
On these Land Rover models the electric actuator is built into the door latch, so you replace the complete lock mechanism rather than a separate motor.

How to Choose the Right Land Rover Door Lock
- Confirm the door: front or rear, and left (passenger side in the UK) or right (driver side in the UK).
- Count the connector pins on your old lock: 10-pin, 14-pin, or 10 + 4-pin. This is the quickest way to rule out the wrong part.
- Compare the OE number (e.g. LR011275, LR072420) on the old lock or in your parts records with the OE numbers on our product pages.
- Still unsure? Send our team your registration or VIN, or a photo of the old lock and its plug, and we will check it for you, free of charge.

Land Rover Door Lock FAQs
Is the actuator separate from the door lock on a Land Rover?
On the Discovery 3 & 4, Freelander 2, Evoque and Range Rover models in this collection, the actuator is built into the door latch. You replace the complete lock mechanism.
Which side is the driver's door?
On UK right-hand drive vehicles the driver's door is the front right. "Left" in our titles means the passenger side for UK cars.
What does 10-pin or 14-pin mean?
It's the number of terminals in the lock's electrical connector. Different versions use different plugs, so the pin count on your old lock must match the new one.
Do I need to code or program the new lock?
Most door locks plug straight in. If the central locking, alarm or door-open warning misbehaves after fitting, a diagnostic reset may be needed on some vehicles.
Should I replace all four door locks?
If one lock has failed through age, the others are often close behind. A pair or set of 4 saves removing the door cards again later, but replacing just the failed lock is fine.
