We Started as Frustrated Customers, Too
In 2009, three siblings, Priyam and her twin brothers Dipam and Dipen, kept paying too much for car parts. Good parts existed, but every link in the supply chain added its own mark-up. So they started selling parts direct, from a home garage in London.
Today we run our own warehouse near Witney, Oxfordshire. Garages know the pressure of a car on the ramp and a customer waiting, so we keep it simple: the right part, a fair trade price, and real people who pick up the phone.
