Will a Citroën or Peugeot throttle body fit my DS3?
Yes, if the part number matches. DS, Citroën and Peugeot share the same PSA engines, so the DS3 1.2 VTi uses the same throttle body as the Citroën C3 and Peugeot 208 1.2.
Is the Citroën DS3 the same as the DS 3?
Yes. The DS3 was sold as a Citroën until 2015 and then as a DS model. Both versions with the 1.2 VTi engine use part number 9673622380.
Do I need to relearn a new throttle body?
Usually, yes. The engine computer needs to learn the closed position of the new unit. On most PSA petrol engines this happens with an ignition-on and idle routine. Some cars need a diagnostic tool.
