Price seemed reasonable. Part was a different colour from original but I could see it was the same part from the clear photo. Arrived next day on Saturday. No duty to pay. A pig to fit, but that’s the original design for you, not the new part’s fault. All worked fine once I realised I’d forgotten to plug in the darned cable first time round. A bit of perseverance and £20 odd quid and I am back on the road again. Happy customer
Great service, arrived within two days. Well packaged. A little fiddley to get to electrical connection but fitted no problem. Closed tailgate manually, as instructed on packaging, working perfectly! Very happy. It is 'plug and play'. Will buy again when the pther one goes!!

I bought this EGR valve because the website stated it was compatible with my Mercedes-Benz. It was not. The part does not fit my car at all. The quality also feels inferior. Do not waste your money or time on this product. The compatibility information is incorrect.
Part ordered at 1245 on Thursday, shipped by 1315, arrived at 0915 on the Friday morning with the post man! That's lightning delivery especially with the free option. The part was £2 cheaper than part used ones from Fleabay and is new sealed.
