What is TS16949 / ISO9001?

We have made direct contact to manufacturers to ensure that the sourced products are of highest quality. Our parts are aftermarket OEM specification parts. This means that they are built within the secondary market of the industry to the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications.

We ensure high quality by being stringent with who we work with. All of our manufacturers are TS16949 / ISO 9001 qualified which qualifies the manufacturing and quality control standards to a European governed standard. 


How can I pay?

All major credit cards and visa cards are accepted through our PayPal payment gateway. You don’t require a PayPal account to purchase from us, but by using PayPal your transaction is highly protected.

Do I have a warranty on my part?

Yes. For each of our products we offer a one year warranty. (For some products we also offer a “lifetime guarantee” but it will be only valid on an item if we receive a full form from the buyer, within 28 days of delivery of the item. Please contact us to check if it is available for your product.)


What if I am not happy with the quality of my purchase?

What if my items are faulty or damaged?

Contact us to find how to get a replacement under your warranty. We require our parts back to send back to our suppliers so please do not dispose of them.

Do you offer trade discounts?

I am an EU VAT registered customer from outside the UK; is it possible for me to save the UK VAT amount on my purchase?

Yes, as an EU VAT registered customer (excluding the UK!) you can contact us and submit your VAT registration number and your VAT registered address to save the UK VAT amount. Once you have purchased the item, we will refund the UK VAT amount.
